School of Electronic Engineering

HSE University

Moscow, Russia

The School of Electronic Engineering (MIEM, HSE University) in Moscow, Russia, invites applications for postdoctoral research positions in the field of Radiation effects on advanced electronic devices:

Mechanisms of radiation effects initiation, evolution and manifestation in advanced electronics devices will be investigated with emphasis on simulation on physical–device–circuit levels. The proposed studies will result in a predictive framework for design of novell structures for applications where reliability is the primary concern.
