HSE – Skoltech International Laboratory of Representation Theory and Mathematical Physics

The Higher School of Economics HSE – Skoltech International Laboratory of Representation Theory and Mathematical Physics in Moscow Russia invites applications for postdoctoral research positions in Theoretical Physics and related areas of Pure Mathematics.

The job involves:

-         pursuing independent research in parallel with working on joint projects with members of the Laboratory and researchers of HSE

-         writing research papers for international peer-reviewed journals

-         participation in organization of the events and other contribution to the Lab’s development

-         public presentations of candidate’s own research to the researchers in the field and the broader academic community

-         some teaching is encouraged, though not required.

Requirements:

-         a PhD from an international research university in such field as: Mathematics, Physics

-         a strong background an established research record in Theoretical Physics  or Mathematics

-         ability to work in a team,

-         fluent English
