Affiliated Staff: Application Process

A candidate gets in touch with an HSE University structural unit (faculty, department, laboratory, centre, etc.)

The HSE University structural unit is to prepare the documents:

For Russian citizens (not belonging to International Faculty Staff members):

If a candidate is a Russian citizen and does not belong to internationally recruited faculty, the procedure is different. The process is described here. 

For Non-Russian citizens (including former International Faculty Staff members irrespective of their citizenship)

• CV with the list of publications of the candidate
• Consent to personal data collecting and processing in Russian and English, scanned copy signed by the candidate
• Consent for assignment of the Affiliated Faculty Member status, scanned copy signed by the candidate and by the Head of the HSE University structural unit 
• Duties of the Unit Coordinator, scanned copy signed by the coordinator
• Scanned copy of a candidate's passport (main page)
• Translation of the passport done by Expert Translation Centre
